Organizational Structure

The Franciscan College of the Immaculate Conception, Baybay, Leyte Incorporated is a non-stock, non-profit Catholic educational institution jointly administered by the OSF Provincial Leadership and the five-member Board of Trustees who is vested with the corporate powers of the corporation. The Board elects the President who is the chief executive officer of the school and appoints all other officers of the school.

Attached to the office of the President are the Consultants, Advisory Council, Executive VP, Alumni Coordinator, Faculty Organization and NTP Organization.

In exercising her duties and powers, the President is assisted by the following: Executive VP, VP for Academic Affairs, VP for Administration, and VP for Finance. Together they comprise the Advisory Council.

The VP for Academic Affairs organizes & coordinates the operation of the academic and research units of the School. She has jurisdiction over the Deans of Colleges, Principals, Registrar and Heads of Offices attached to her office.

The VP for Administration is in charge of school affairs other than academic and financial. She has jurisdiction over the Heads of Offices attached to her office.

The VP for Finance is in charge of business and financial activities of the school. She exercises direct supervision over the Treasurer and Comptroller, Cashier, Bookkeeper/Accountant, and Head of Auxiliary Services
